We have a(nother!) new number one, 15 teams debuting in the rankings, and a lot of movement all the way around.

I’m hoping we’ll soon have enough data for me to calculate new adjustments, which would shake up the rankings even more. We’re probably looking at a couple of weeks before that’s the case, though.
